A partnership is a legal business operation managed by two or more individuals who share the company\’s responsibilities and profits. Because this type of organization involves two or more people, differences and issues concerning management style, profit, resources, workload, authority, company objectives and/or goals, and so on would most certainly arise, and if not immediately and properly mediated, these disputes between partners can worsen and threaten the entire organization.
